Berry Petroleum, not the U.S. Constitution decides freedom of speech

Posted: December 7, 2012 in Uncategorized

Today, December 6th, 2012, is an infamous day for Berry Petroleum as they move to block the Gardendale “Berry Scar” Memorial.  Today, Berry Petroleum has acknowledged that they are above the Constitution of the United States of America!  No longer does the freedom of speech and expression apply to ordinary citizens, no, Berry Petroleum regulates what is seen and what is heard.   Today, Texas oil and gas law has surpassed the U.S. Constitution as the arbiter of your rights and privileges.  If this is not the case, we expect, nay, we demand that Rep. Tryon Lewis, Rep. Mike Conaway, Sen. Kel Seliger, and Gov. Rick Perry immediately and permanent revoke Berry Petroleum’s right to do business in the Great State of Texas!
